Vibratory Finishing
Vibratory Finishing, Micro Surface Improvement, Tumble Barrel Finishing
RTF provides OEMs and fine blanking companies with vibratory finishing for deburring, cleaning, burnishing, edge break, radiusing and surface improvement.
Shot Blasting
RTF media blasting / abrasive blasting offers a precise and economical way to remove metal, strip paint, deburr, descale, impart a satin finish to metal parts, or improve coatings adhesion.
Blasting can also clean the internal passages and holes of complex parts, or help salvage a part that would otherwise become scrap due to damage during manufacture.
Zinc Phosphating
RTF's state-of-the-art zinc phosphating line helps companies who need mechanical finishing services and zinc phosphating lower their costs, improve scheduling and lower transportation expenses.
The line was engineered for greatest uniformity of deposition, highest batch-to-batch repeatability and maximum traceability in meeting customer needs.
Pickle and Oil
Pickle and Oil is performed to clean, de-scale or de-rust metal parts. This is accomplished by immersing parts into a mild acidic solution (pickle), followed by an application of oil for corrosion protection.
Pre & Post Heat Treat
RTF provides shops throughout the region with a broad range of pre and post-heat treating processes. Shops who perform vacuum
heat treating, atmosphere heat treating, induction heat treating or annealing rely on RTF for expert processing, fast turn-around and competitive pricing.
