RTF has a quality commitment second to none in our industry. We are certified by DQS Inc. to ISO 9001:2015 , and regularly generate PPAPs and FMEAs.

We have developed, and have spent more than fourdecades perfecting, a comprehensive quality procedure to assure each job is delivered as promised.

Each lot of parts generates a Route Card at our receiving dock. These cards include detailed instructions that accompany parts from receipt through final delivery and include such features as a part photo, operator sign-offs, participating machines, length of cycles and quality test documentation. This record is then archived for 7 years.

RTF quality technicians use advanced quality instruments, including the Surtronic 25 roughness checker.  This advanced surface analysis tool calculates amplitude parameters including: Ra, Rsk, Rz, Rt, Rp and Rz1max;  spacing parameters including RPc and Rsm, 
and hybrid parameters including Rmr and Rda-R Delta a. Part diameters are checked to ±.0001.

RTF maintains close personal contact to meet customer needs, keep them updated on work in progress and assure a smooth, predictable flow through the production process.
