Service and Delivery
RTF operates 25 vibratory systems and an advanced zinc phosphate system and we are organized to provide multiple, seamless throughput.
We also do our own fixture design and fabricating, so this
aspect of processing, which is so important to the final
results, is always carefully controlled for best results.
We offer 24-hour turnaround – and same-day service
where needed. We provide light packaging, and will drop
ship to multiple recipients if needed.
Because we operate our own delivery fleet, we can
pickup and deliver anywhere in our broad service area.
Packaging
RTF will package and ship processed components
in a way that's most appropriate for the components,
so parts are readily usable without additional handling
when received.
Fasteners, rings and other small parts that have been
vibratory finished and/or blackened are generally
shipped via common carrier in barrels; large components
processed this way are generally shrink-wrapped on
skids in lots appropriate to their size and weight.
We make other accommodations for parts that have
very thin gauges, or a microfinish that needs
protection during transport.
We do final gauging, and packaging in customer-
provided containers to assure accurate counts and
easy transition to final assembly. We eliminate steps
and transportation costs to keep your costs low!
